Start of Bear TREND, on TREND Chart Basis...But it's Still a Bull, on the SWING Chart

I am having trouble trying to get my charts up. Have been trying for the last 3 hours. Will have to leave it as it is, because once past noon, I will not have any more access to data over the weekend (My data source is IB).
